Prof. Anil K Saini is a Senior Professor and former Dean of Management at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, popularly known as IP University of Delhi Govt.

Dr Saini is a postgraduate in Physics, Management and Computers and obtained his Ph.D. from FMS Delhi University.

Dr. Saini has to his credit 17 published books and over 120 research papers in reputed national and international journals/conferences.

He has travelled extensively abroad and has visited Europe under Teacher-Exchange Programme for teaching courses.

Dr. Saini has supervised 16 Ph.D. scholars and 8 more are likely to complete their Ph.D. shortly.

Dr. Saini is currently the Dean - School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Director - Industry Cell, Director – Development and Director – Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the University.

Under his charge, the IP University has been awarded the highest A++ Grade by NAAC, Govt of India for record 7 years (highest in Delhi) as well as University has been listed in top 1400 Universities of the World by QS World University Rankings 2024.

He has been conferred with the “Life Time Achievement Award” and “National Integrity Award” by Govt. of Delhi for his excellent contributions.

Dr. Saini has been elected as President of Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), a scientific and research institution (SIRO) by Govt. of India for the term 2023-24.

He has been pro-actively involved with professional associations and is Fellow and Senior Life member of Computer Society of India (CSI), Fellow of Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Life Member of AIMA, Operational Research Society of India (ORSI). He has also been awarded the National Integrity Award by Commission of OBC, Govt. of Delhi in 2023.
