Directorate General of Resettlement (DGR) Courses
IETE has been conducting resettlement courses for retiring Armed forces personnel through DGR from last 2 years.
The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) is an Inter-Service Organisation functioning directly under the Ministry of Defence as an apex body of the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare. It is responsible for planning, conducting, and monitoring resettlement training courses for retiring and retired armed forces personnel.
Last year (2015-2016), IETE successfully completed two courses of 8 weeks’ duration on Optic Fiber Network Construction, Operation, and Maintenance at the IETE Delhi Centre. (Group photo to be hyperlinked.)
